Lauren has supported and helped me tremendously as a dancer. She puts her time and effort to help her dancers feel strong, confident, and improve on their skills. She is very knowledgeable in both technique and choreography. She understands how a dancer’s mind works and helps you work through challenges with patience and positivity. We are forever grateful for her and her passion to help us dancers.

I began learning from Lauren in elementary school and now, almost 10 years later, her teachings continue to impact me everyday. Lauren not only allowed me to flourish as a technical dancer, but she taught me about passion, perseverance, and confidence as well. Lauren fills a studio with joy and compassion, making every student feel valued and capable. I left each lesson with a much greater knowledge of the origin of many technical skills and how to execute them, but most importantly I left knowing much more about myself and my unique style as a dancer. Lauren encourages every diverse performer and creates such a welcoming space for countless new skills to be achieved and breakthroughs to be made. I have Lauren to thank for my growth as not only a dancer, but a person as well. She is an incredible mentor and the most inspiring instructor there is.

My daughter, Ella, trained under Lauren throughout middle school and high school. Once Ella started working with Lauren her technique improved exponentially. Lauren creates a supportive learning environment that fosters both discipline and growth. Her instruction effectively balances high expectations in a welcoming and nurturing safe space. Ella currently lives in LA and just graduated college with a BFA in commercial dance. She was also [and was] recently signed with one of LA’s top dance agencies. Lauren’s guidance undoubtedly played a HUGE role in all of Ella’s success! We are so grateful for the continued mentorship Lauren provides her.

I highly recommend Miss Lauren as a ballet and dance teacher. She was an exceptional teacher/mentor for my daughter over the years, instilling discipline, poise, technique, and confidence in her dance and everyday life.
